1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Omnivera purchase, you may return unopened or partially used products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
2. Eligibility
Returns are accepted for products purchased directly from shodrexxyx.ddd. Products must be in resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
3. How to Return
- Contact us at ask@shodrexxyx.world with your order number
- We will provide return instructions and a return authorisation
- Ship the product to the address we provide
- Include your order confirmation or receipt
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
5. EU Withdrawal Right
Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. Contact us to initiate the withdrawal. You must return the product at your expense. We will refund the purchase price and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
6. Exceptions
We cannot accept returns of opened products that have been used beyond a reasonable trial amount, or products that have been damaged by the customer.
